True story, my husband found one of my lipsticks underneath the stove yesterday. No idea how it got there. I also had no idea I was missing it. Now that should fill you in on how much of a lipstick addict and hoarder I truly am but in case you didn’t know, let me introduce you to the newest members of my lipstick clique.
Succumb, Cherry, Papaya Punch
So first, let me gush over the packaging for a second. I love how compact and cute these look and the fact that they don’t take up much space. The packaging also has a sleek simple matte black look to it that I love.
Succomb – The first shade that I got is a peachy brown nude color and I love the color. It’s a little lighter than I would normally wear but it kind of sets on the lips and doesn’t leave that ashy look. I only used one layer and I got amazing color payoff from that layer.
Cherry – The next shade, Cherry, is a deep wine red. It is gorgeous for fall (well I would wear it whenever but you know that’s just me). I was shocked at how smooth these lipcolors applied so my swatches were a little bit wonky because even with one layer, I barely needed to press them to my lips to get full color payoff. So far, I’m impressed.
Papaya Punch – The last shade is Papaya Punch, this is an extremely bright coral shade. On my complexion, it’s almost neon. It is a confident shade, meaning you need confidence to rock it because you’ll definitely get looks. Good and Bad. I wore it, I got looks, I got shaded and I got oh that’s cute but I don’t care either way because it’s a fun shade. This is the only matte shade of the 3 shades I received and this one definitely needs exfoliated lips. You can totally see all my little lip dysfunctions with the one.

Final Thoughts: So far I love these. I really tested out Cherry and after 4 hours, it looks the same as it did when I originally applied it. There is some transferring, however, after I blotted the lipstick it was minimal. The matte shade, Papaya Punch looks a mess on my lips though and the formula and color combo emphasize my fine lines like crazy. This one just isn’t for me, but the other two are dope!
