Two shades of eyeliner are always better than one. Yes, I’m one of those nerds that still gets excited when I get free products, and this was no exception. Influenster sent me two of the Highliners from Marc Jacobs, and these are perfect for a Spring look and a conversation, so here we are. Eyeliners are cool like that. They are ideal for quickly transitioning a look from season to season, and they are perfect for eyeshadow newbies who aren’t quite ready to blend out a few different shades.

Final Thoughts: These liners are smooth, buttery smooth. They glide on with no tugging and they are highly pigmented. Both shades wore on me for well over 8 hours with no visible fading. They dry down quickly which means you might have a good 15-20 seconds to smudge them out if you are going for a smoky look. I love the shades that I was sent and yes, I would purchase them on my own if I actually wore liner pencils often but sadly I don’t. I prefer gel liners in the pot because they give me more control and I love a good winged liner. However, if you like luxury products and have the money to splurge, these are definitely good pencils and as I stated above the pigment is gorgeous. Both of these colors look gorgeous on my dark skin and these may get me to delve back into rocking color on my lower lash line and straying away from my black liner staples.
