Make Up For Ever is one of my favorite brands but some of those prices will have you auctioning off your stuff on eBay if you’re not careful. I mean look at this palette, it retails for $44 USD but has a retail value of $136. This is why I love deals and palettes because it gives you the opportunity to try a larger amount of products at a discounted rate. The MUFE brand has released Artist Palettes that showcase nine themed shades. The one that I purchased, and that is featured on this post is the Nudes palette. These shadows are housed in a cardboard palette (which I personally hate) and you get almost the same amount of product as you do in the regular size shadows. Regular size shadows are usually about .07 oz and in this palette, the sizes are .06 oz each.
Included with your palette is a pamphlet that gives suggestions on how the shadows can be used to achieve 3 different looks. The Chic Look, The Natural Look and The Smoky Look. I have swatched the three “looks” on my arm for reference.
The Chic Look includes shades I-528 (Pearl), S-556 (Taupe Gray), and S-102 (Onyx)
The Natural Look includes shades I-514 (Pink Ivory), D-562 (Taupe Platinum), and I-544 (Pink Granite)
The Smoky Look includes shades ME-512 (Golden Beige), ME-644 (Iced Brown), and D-652 (Celestial Earth)

Final Thoughts: Overall this palette is a good nude palette. I would definitely recommend this palette if you don’t already have similar colors. It may seem kinda boring but it’s also completely necessary to have something like this in a collection because nudes and neutral shades are very versatile.
The shadows are very smooth and I found them really easy to apply and blend out. I noticed minimal creasing after about 4-5 hours of wear but this issue would have been resolved had I used an eyeshadow primer. The lighter shades aren’t very brown girl friendly unless layered in with some of the darker shades so keep that in mind as I was able to still work with them but if you are a makeup novice, it may take a little more effort to make some shades work for you. he value is totally there, especially when you consider the fact that 2 MUFE shadows would cost you $42, I am willing to work with the 2 or 3 shades that aren’t my favorites. In the future, I would love to see this brand do another take on the nude palette and include some matte browns and burgundy shades.
