I’m really excited about the re-launch of my blog and it has really pulled me out of my makeup rut. Now although I’m out of said rut, I still have kids, a husband and a house to take care of so I don’t have much time to really go crazy with eyeshadow. Blue eyeliner is a quick way to give me a much needed change and it’s also a really simple look to achieve thanks to my new eyeliners from Sleek MakeUP. These things are smooth like butter and glide right on.
For this look I’m using two shades, Blue Moon is smudged on the upper and lower lash line.
On my water line, and to blend my falsies with my natural lashes, I used Noir.

PRODUCTS IN POST WERE SENT FOR REVIEW. FYI, I did not pay for the products in this post but my opinions are never influenced by receiving free product. If I like it, I’ll let you know, If I don’t, I’ll let you know.
Final Thoughts: I love the dark blue shade (Blue Moon) and I also love that the black shade (Noir) is a true black and doesn’t turn ashy or gray. Both of the pencils are very smooth and highly pigmented. They glide right along the eye with no pulling or tugging. These are great for smudging along the lash lines and I used a liner brush to do just that.
Now because these pencils are so soft, be light handed when using them because the tips break off very easily and I ended up having to resharpen both pencils because I broke the tips (oops). I also noticed that after a few hours my liner started to slightly bleed into my concealer around the inner corner of my left eye so watch out for that and use very little product in that area if you have watery eyes.
Besides that little bit of bleeding, they lasted all day with no color change or fading and I had no other complaints. I really do like these pencils a lot and they went directly into my every day makeup pile/stash/carrying case.
Let me know if you guys have tried these liners yet or if you plan on giving them a try. I would love to know! Also, if you want to see a video tutorial on this look just leave me a comment and I’ll make it happen.
