I’ve seriously had this challenge info sitting in my inbox for over 2 years. One of my clients in Germany, a super dope awesome chick, recommended that I try it in order to improve my lethargy and also additional health benefits. I tried it for a bit and I really did see an improvement for both my husband and myself. We would drink a smoothie every day in the morning on the way to work and before taking our son to school.
Since I’ve been back in the US, I’ve slacked a bit because our lifestyles have changed. We went from a 30 plus minute commute to a 2 minute walk for me. I’m loving it but it has made me lazy when it comes to sticking to a schedule because I can just pick up whatever at the house and there are food places everywhere. So that means I don’t have to prep and plan as much. However, recently I’ve wanted to get back on track with my health and wellness so I figured this challenge would be a good place to start.
Today my husband made this one which has Mango, Strawberries, Pineapple, Spinach, Organic Apple Juice and Plain Greek Yogurt. Although this exact recipe isn’t in the challenge, I’m starting somewhere and I plan on sticking to the actual ingredient plan starting next month. The next official challenge starts in October but I couldn’t wait to start incorporating these daily.
